Commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays, so plan discounts and upgrades are already in the number.

Partner questions people actually ask

20% of every invoice a referral pays, every month, for their first 12 months. If they upgrade, your commission is calculated on the new invoice from the next billing cycle.

Monthly. Commission from each invoice becomes payable the following month, once the refund window on that invoice has closed.

Nothing. There is no fee, no minimum referral count, and no sales quota. You also do not have to be a TrackPlay customer, though it helps, because you can show your own numbers.

If they cancel, commission on that customer stops. Your other referrals keep paying out. Refunded invoices are deducted from your next payout.
