A viewer actively playing within the last 25 seconds. A viewer who is present but paused or muted counts as on the video instead. No padded numbers.

Can I see individual sessions?
Yes. Live session rows show the viewer, country, traffic source and current second, with Cart and Converted pills the moment it happens. Identified viewers show their Customer 360 name.
